How can I join Focus Fashion Inc. & by JJ?

Buyer memberships are FREE. From the main page, simply click on Become a Member, then click Register, fill out the application, and submit documents that verify your business, such as your business license, seller permit, and recent invoices of purchases from other wholesale vendors. Please be advised that all submitted documents must match exactly with your business name and address. Why do you verify my information before allowing membership?

Focus Fashion Inc. & by JJ is a wholesale online shopping mall, and is not open to the general public. The verification process is for the protection of our customers, and to ensure that all merchandise is purchased by wholesale buyers for resale only.

I've registered but still cannot access the online store. Do I have to register again?

In most cases, you will have full access to after our review of your application and supporting business documents. Focus Fashion, however, reserves the right to deny access to the store. If you have not been granted access to within 3 business days, please call us at (323) 264-2306 or email us at

What if I forget my ID and/or password?

If you forget your password, click Forgot Password and enter the email address that you have registered with us. If the email address you registered is no longer valid, please contact customer service for assistance at (323) 264-2306 X 201.

Has my order shipped?

Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to check the status of your order. Orders received after 3 pm Pacific Time will be processed the following business day. Please note that our facilities will be closed between December 23 and January 1, so shipping on orders placed between these dates may be delayed.

Is my personal information safe and secure?

We value your privacy and the security of your personal information. We will never share your information with others. Our servers and network are protected by the latest security systems, and firewalls are always in place to safeguard your personal and confidential information.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs may differ depending on shipping method, and are added to your order amount after fullfilling your order. We ship via UPS and USPS.

What payment methods do you accept?

Focus Fashion accepts credit card payments through Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

When will my credit card be charged?

After reviewing your order and confirming product availability, we will send you an email confirming your order, including shipping costs. After processing your credit card information, we will ship your order.      

How do pre-orders work?

A pre-order is when a customer places and order for an item that we do not yet have in stock. In this event, we reserve the customer's order and when we have the required item(s) in stock, we dispatch them to the customer. All pre-orders will be shipped as soon as they reach our facility unless you request that we call before shipping.

What happens if my pre-order doesn't come into stock?

If the delivery date for an item changes, we will update that item on our website and send you an email. If for any reason we cannot fulfill a pre-order, we will send you an email to notify you.

My item has arrived and it's damaged or faulty. What can I do?

In the event of a damaged item, please email us at within 14 days of receipt. In the email, please include the following information:

  • Sales ID or invoice number
  • Company name
  • Style number, size, color, and quantity of the damaged item(s)
  • Description and photo of the defect

If we are unable to replace your faulty item(s), then we will issue a full refund. Please note that the item(s) must be returned to us in order for this to be processed.

What is Focus Fashion's return policy?

We want you to be thrilled with your new purchase. However, if you're not 100% satisfied, please see below: 

  • No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization.
  • Merchandise can be returned within 7 days of receipt for store credit only. 
  • Merchandise can be exchanged within 7 days of receipt.
  • Returned/exchanged items must be in unopened condition with the manufacturer's seal intact.
  • Merchandise returned/exchanged AFTER the 7 day return policy will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
