Return Policy
Returns

All items being returned for merchandise credit must be in their original condition with original packaging and tags attached.

There will be a 20% restocking fee for any item returned without an RA (Return Authorization), refused or unaccepted packages, or any item returned past the 30-day grace period.

We will not accept any items for return after 30 days from the date received.

For full store credit, returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of items.

For full refund, returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of items.

For non-damaged goods, buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs for the merchandise.
Damages

RA (Return Authorization) for any damaged items must be made within 14 days upon receipt of merchandise in writing through email stating the reasons for return.

IF PAST THE 14 DAY PERIOD, WE ARE NO LONGER RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES.

IT IS THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK THE GOODS UPON RECEIPT AND REPORT ANY DAMAGE ITEMS WITHIN THE REQUIRED TIME PERIOD.

Please email sales@focusclothes.com with written and visual details to provide proof of damage. We will issue a call tag to return the merchandise back to our facility.

Exchanges

When making an exchange for a lower priced item, a merchandise credit will be issued to the account.

Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations must be requested in written form to sales@focusclothes.com.
