Return Policy

Returns

  • All items being returned for merchandise credit must be in their original condition with original packaging and tags attached.

  • There will be a 20% restocking fee for any item returned without an RA (Return Authorization), refused or unaccepted packages, or any item returned past the 30-day grace period.

  • We will not accept any items for return after 30 days from the date received.

  • For full store credit, returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of items.

  • For full refund, returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of items.

  • For non-damaged goods, buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs for the merchandise.

Damages

  • RA (Return Authorization) for any damaged items must be made within 14 days upon receipt of merchandise in writing through email stating the reasons for return.

      • IF PAST THE 14 DAY PERIOD, WE ARE NO LONGER RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES.

      • IT IS THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK THE GOODS UPON RECEIPT AND REPORT ANY DAMAGE ITEMS WITHIN THE REQUIRED TIME PERIOD.

  • Please email sales@focusclothes.com with written and visual details to provide proof of damage. We will issue a call tag to return the merchandise back to our facility.

  • There will be a 20% restocking fee for all items returned without an RA (Return Authorization), refused or unaccepted packages, or items returned past the 30-day grace period.

Exchanges

  • Every item being exchanged must be in its original condition with original packaging and tags attached.

  • When making an exchange for a lower priced item, a merchandise credit will be issued to the account.

  • There will be a 10% restocking fee for any item returned without its original packaging and tags attached.

Cancellation Policy

  • Order cancellations must be requested in written form to sales@focusclothes.com.

  • All sale items are final.
